Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to support@qgoody.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name as registered on your account

• The email address associated with your account

• A brief description of what data you would like deleted

We will verify your identity before processing any deletion request to protect your account security.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your data has been deleted.

Deletion includes removal of your account profile, saved addresses, and browsing preferences.

If you signed up using Facebook Login, we will also remove the association between your Facebook account and your OnlineStore account.

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, as required by law or legitimate business purposes:

Order History: Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for tax and legal compliance purposes under Philippine law.

Payment Records: Payment transaction identifiers (but not full card numbers) are retained for fraud prevention and financial reporting.

Legal Obligations: Any data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
